Capital Group is looking for a Retirement Plan Coordinator to manage a book of business and provide day-to-day service for American Funds proprietary bundled plans. You will be the main contact for financial professionals and plan sponsors, resolving issues and coordinating plan design changes as needed.

You will leverage retirement plan knowledge (5+ years), apply regulatory understanding, and coach professionals through change processes, including qualified plan testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan market knowledge, including plan design terms and regulatory procedures.
• Ability to consult and coach financial professionals through change processes and testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business and provide day-to-day service for American Funds bundled plans.
• Serve as the main contact for financial professionals and plan sponsors.
• Research issues to coordinate timely resolutions and consider plan design changes.
• Coordinate compliance testing and deliver testing results with data.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
