Job summary

Capital Group in the Boston Metro area seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs.

You’ll partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group (American Funds Distributions) presence, relationships, and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalent.
• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with financial intermediaries.
• Ability to synthesize information and present concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan sales initiatives and drive business results.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to brokerage firms.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships in the Boston area.
