Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field.
Five (5) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks.
Excellent reporting, problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills.
Experience with pension and/or benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Performs plan management and compliance activities to ensure fiduciary and legal obligations are met.
May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management.
Provides direction to lower level benefits analysts and serves as project manager for benefit/communication projects.
Oversees activities performed by vendors and conducts research on programming/data issues affecting plan administration.
Perform other duties as assigned.
