FedEx is looking for a seasoned benefits professional to join our retirement plan administration team in Collierville, TN. This hybrid role requires coordinating fiduciary and regulatory compliance, leading plan enhancements, and guiding senior analysts in cross-functional projects.
You will oversee vendor activities, perform data and programming issue research, and present recommendations to management. Candidates should have strong analytics, communication, and project management skills.
Provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation's qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
Performs plan management and compliance activities needed to ensure that fiduciary and legal compliance obligations are met. May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management. Provides direction to lower level benefits analysts. Serves as a project manager leading peers and cross functional teams in benefit/communication projects. Oversees activities performed by vendors. Performs research of programming and/or data issues that impact plan administration activities.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field.
Five (5) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks. Excellent reporting skills. Outstanding problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills.

This is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position is not eligible for relocation.
