CBIZ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee a block of clients and ensure overall satisfaction. You will perform compliance testing, prepare Form 5500 filings, and coordinate asset reconciliations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
5+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance experience.
Strong background in compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, allocations, and asset reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Primary contact for a specified block of business and is responsible for the overall client satisfaction on the assigned business.
Perform all required Compliance Testing and related items.
Reconciles assets, prepare Form 5500 and all schedules.
Preparation of necessary allocations for Employer contributions and calculations such as required minimum distributions and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.
Respond to Plan sponsors in a professional and timely manner concerning issues or questions.
Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely service quality.
Resolve complex situations or requests.
Achieve service goals established by department.
