Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of retirement plan administration experience with understanding defined contribution plans and pension plan types.
• QKA, QKS, or QKC preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with strategic perspective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing discussions.
• Data-driven with ability to review dashboards and present insights to clients.
• Demonstrated influence, autonomy, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Navigate complex organizations with an entrepreneurial, can-do mindset.
• Manage administrative tasks for group retirement plans and fulfill sponsor requests.
• Deliver plan activity insights and updates to group clients.
• Handle diverse retirement plans including complex cases and special provisions.
• Coordinate client requests, resolve problems, implement changes, and communicate updates.
• Monitor activity metrics and share insights with plan sponsors.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to support sales and retention through planning and reviews.
• Foster partnerships with operations teams to align objectives.
• Conduct operational reviews focused on performance and service enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
