Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding of new plans, transfer plans and internal conversions. You will coordinate with the Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and vendors and serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plan implementations.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of project management experience in retirement plans, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management in retirement plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with standard computer software and data tools.
• Ability to analyze data and identify root causes for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on timing for implementation milestones.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager and internal partners for smooth transitions.
• Attend Finalist and Kick-off meetings; facilitate sponsor/vendor discussions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for implementations.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting implementations in real time.
• Lead knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Implementation.
