Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for our Houston, TX office. The role leads onboarding of new plans, transfer plans, and internal conversions, coordinating scope, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple internal and external parties.

You will be the go-to subject matter expert on retirement plans and implementation processes, driving continual improvement and ensuring on-time delivery of complex account implementations with strong cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
Extensive project management experience with retirement plans.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation).
Proficient with computer software.
Ability to analyze data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation to internal/external customers on implementation timing.
Communicate broad operations aspects to influence decisions across departments.
Coordinate with Relationship Manager and internal partners for smooth transitions.
Attend meetings with plan sponsor, sales team, vendors, and SMEs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for implementations.
Track implementation activity and report results in real time.
