Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a role focused on new business implementation, asset retention, asset growth, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business.

You will maintain key client relationships, consult with clients and brokers on investment topics, and partner with sponsors to educate participants to increase participation and contributions. Role requires FINRA licenses (6/7 and 63 within 90 days), a state insurance license, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required within 90 days.
• State insurance license.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to manage client relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics (performance, diversification, suitability).
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to boost participation and contributions.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as SME on Voya Service Model and installation process.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
