You will build trust, educate on managed accounts, and deepen relationships with proactive, personalized engagement.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in financial services, and FINRA registrations; you will handle inbound/outbound calls, meet sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory roles.
• FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required.
• Ability to learn Empower's record keeping system.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by delivering personalized service and addressing plan questions.
• Explain policies clearly; communicate procedures.
• Educate on distribution options and retirement plans.
• Help customers make informed distribution decisions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with peers to solve problems and drive results.
• Utilize tools to find best retirement planning options.
