Empower Careers in Golden, CO seeks a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance within employer-sponsored plans. You will guide participants through managed accounts, educate on plan options, and build trusted relationships through proactive engagements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in financial services, FINRA registrations, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required (or 63 & 65).
• Ability to quickly learn Empower's recordkeeping system and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by delivering personalized service and respond to plan-related questions.
• Explain policies clearly and concisely to customers.
• Retain assets through guidance on plan options and distributions.
• Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications of retirement investments.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
