Responsibilities

• Develop retirement benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
• Lead retirement team development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee retirement plan design, investments, enrollments, and compliance across plans.
• Manage fiduciary relationships, service providers, and governance processes.
• Ensure ERISA, IRS, and DOL compliance and robust internal controls.
• Coordinate annual audits, filings, and regulatory testing.
