Qualificações

2+ years of related work experience in Qualified Plans (401k, 403b, pensions) or equivalent.
Analytical and critical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong cross‑department collaboration and client-focused communication.

Responsabilidades

Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out education meeting plans that align with client objectives.
Educational Material Planning: Tailor topics and adapt presentations to address plan features, financial concepts, and behavioral goals.
Partnerships and Proposals: Prepare annual education meeting proposals with Relationship Managers and Participant Experience Consultants.
