Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8-10 years of related compliance experience with defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
• Professional Certifications (QKA, QPA, CEBS or equivalent) preferred.
• Specialized knowledge of DOL, IRC, and ERISA requirements for qualified retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical review and validation of defined contribution and defined benefit plan compliance testing performed by external vendors.
• Summarize test findings, identify compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review retirement plan adoption agreements and complex transactions for compliance impact.
• Lead domestic relations orders projects and safe harbor plan design work for retirement compliance.
