Job summary

Safety National in St. Louis, MO seeks a Senior HR Total Rewards Analyst to enhance retirement plan administration and governance within our Total Rewards programs.

You will serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, plan trustees, and third-party providers to ensure compliant, efficient retirement operations and an exceptional employee experience. You will oversee daily plan operations, coordinate audits, analyze regulatory changes, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration and/or similar benefits administration
• Experience with 401(k) plans and third-party retirement plan service providers
• Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of AI and automation tools to support benefits administration
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Hybrid work schedule with ~80% in-office at the St. Louis Corporate Office, MO

Responsibilities
