ABB in Cary, NC is seeking a Senior Retirement Analyst – 401k Administration to lead U.S. and Puerto Rico retirement operations, partner with payroll and vendors, and ensure accurate, compliant administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field with 8+ years of benefits administration experience
• Understanding of ERISA, Benefit Plan Reporting/Filing Requirements, 401k
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Experience with HRIS systems and confidential data handling

Responsibilities

• Oversee 401k administration for US and PR, ensuring compliance and service levels
• Manage relationships with retirement carriers and monitor SLA performance
• Collaborate with Payroll, Vendors, and HRIS to resolve issues and map interfaces
• Lead process improvement and participate in QA/audit activities
• Resolve complex ServiceNow cases with strong customer service
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements for manual/repetitive processes
