J.Jill, a Boston-based lifestyle brand with 200+ stores nationwide, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Labor Planning, Forecasting, and Workload strategies across stores. You will own forecasting models, scheduling standards, and KPI-driven insights to optimize productivity and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading labor planning and forecasting for multi-store retail operations.
• Ability to develop and optimize workload models and scheduling practices.
• Proven track record coordinating with Retail leadership, IT, HR, Finance, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own store sales, workload, and payroll forecasting aligned with business trends and financial goals.
• Develop labor models, scheduling standards, and practices to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends, risks and actionable insights.
• Lead adoption of workforce tools and training across the field.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to size workload and project initiatives.
