Job summary

J.Jill is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with across Real Estate, Marketing, Retail Operations and Merchandising to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions. You will translate questions into actionable recommendations using SQL, Excel and BI tools, and present findings with clear reports.

You will develop sales forecasts for store locations and support automated self-service reporting while collaborating with various teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Excel skills required.
• Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide analytical decision support.
• Conceive, design, execute and analyze corporate-wide testing activities.
• Understand KPIs and track them against business strategies and objectives.
• Provide advanced analytics to support longer-range plans and initiatives.
• Develop automated self-service reporting using BI tools.
