• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large quantities of data and identify trends
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Ability to build partnerships and influence decisions
• MBA is a plus for broader business insight

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and preparation of the sales and margin forecast and budget
• Proactively analyzes performance and identifies trends; calls out appropriate risk and opportunities
• Applies business focused thinking to drive the accuracy of forecasts and plans; understands and applies the relationship between business events and financial impacts
• Creates analyses and insights to ensure continuous progress towards achieving financial and performance management goal
• Creates, maintains and supports forecasting of performance KPIs
• Serves as a key business partner to areas outside of Finance
