Role Overview

The Senior Retail Store Manager (SRSM) oversees sales and operations of assigned locations. Successful SRSMs lead their teams to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards and inventory management. Strong leadership, team development, and program management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team
