As the leader of the store, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating team members daily. Your role involves driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently. Combining entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for the brand, and organizational skills will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

You will also contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor allows you to understand the business front-line and use insights to improve store performance. You will shape and execute strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and staff, driving revenue. Additionally, you will be accountable for effective communication within the team.

Success in this role requires leading by example with integrity, collaboration, curiosity, strategy, and results orientation. You will manage the store end-to-end, including labor and supply budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in retail management
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
• Experience with buying & merchandising is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and influence
• Experience in sales training and presentations
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Language skills in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or others are a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

The salary range is $65,000 plus potential bonuses or commissions, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, employee discounts, and retirement plans. Benefits may vary based on location and employment type, with salaries negotiated based on experience.
