Job Purpose and Function
Join Dash In, a division of The Wills Group and a leading regional convenience brand, where you can play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our corporate operations as a Senior Store Manager. Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a retail convenience store environment and fuel and car wash operations, which may include occasional exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions. This role routinely operates computer, point-of-sales (POS) systems, and other machinery or technology necessary for daily operations and positions self to stock items, conduct inspections, maintain or operate necessary equipment and conduct other necessary functions of the role. Must be able to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, staff, external vendors, management, and others. Must be able to frequently observe equipment and safety conditions in store environment. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder for stocking or light maintenance purposes or remaining in stationary position may be required.
