Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and buildout execution of assigned retail projects across North America. The role oversees General Contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure on-time, on-budget completions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Real Estate, Store Design, and leadership to set milestones, reviewing Landlord Work Letters, and managing bidding, shop drawings, and payments. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in various development stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of North American retail projects (up to 10/year).
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Store Design, and leadership to define milestones and schedule.
• Review Landlord Work Letters before lease execution and attend kickoff calls.
• Lead vendor and contractor bidding/awards and manage change orders.
• Maintain project budgets with Finance, IT, Marketing and Facilities teams.
• Perform periodic site visits and manage punch lists to ensure quality and schedule.
