You will shape merchandising, category management, supplier relationships, and inventory productivity across multiple retail categories.

The role requires on-site leadership in Nampa, with a focus on cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and performance metrics like gross margin, inventory turns, and fill rate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, retail management, or related field.
• Seven or more years in retail buying, merchandising, category management, or procurement.
• At least two years leading a retail buying or merchandising team.
• Experience with ERP and POS systems, procurement platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Valley Wide Retail Buying Team.
• Establish category ownership, annual business plans, and decision rights.
• Negotiate costs, freight, rebates, and supplier support.
• Drive inventory turns and optimize open-to-buy discipline.
• Partner with Operations and Marketing on promotions.
