Plexus Corp in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a senior leader to provide strategic direction to the Purchasing department. You will oversee procurement and planning processes, mentor MTM, DA and buyers, and ensure alignment with site and regional goals and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include escalation on supplier issues, contingency planning across functions, and modeling Plexus Core Values while driving talent development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate without constant direction.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment across various functional business groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Escalation level for MTM on any supplier-related issues.
• Oversee the total materials procurement and planning process.
• Mentor/coaching to MTM, DA and buyers to meet customer demands while safeguarding Plexus metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement contingency plans for changes or crises.
• Model Plexus Core Values and drive leadership development and succession planning.
