Job summary

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
5+ years of related experience and/or training in procurement or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Design and implement procurement strategy for external manufacturing and specialty ingredients.
Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage regional suppliers for cost, quality and continuity.
Lead or contribute to contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to harmonize specifications.
Monitor PPV and set budgets using market insights and benchmarks.
Maintain resilient supply networks across Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
