Job summary

Kepler Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst on the Activation team to design, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon and other retailers. You will leverage data-driven insights and creative thinking to drive client value and operational efficiency.

You will manage strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP, collaborate with analytics, and contribute to innovative testing and optimization across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail media, including hands-on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads and/or DSP.
• Experience with Walmart Connect and/or Target Roundel is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP, with exposure to other retailers.
• Utilize and activate in Pacvue or Skai for campaigns across supported retailers
• Contribute to campaign design, testing frameworks, and innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with the Media Analytics team to support reporting and deep-dive analyses
• Partner with the broader Client Solutions team to translate client goals into platform strategies
• Codify and share best practices and optimization frameworks across teams
