Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Activation team to design, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon with exposure to other platforms. You will be client-facing and collaborate to drive meaningful outcomes for clients, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.

In this role, you will manage strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP, while integrating CPT frameworks and fostering innovation within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail media, including hands-on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads and/or DSP.
• Experience managing large product catalogs (ASIN or item-level management).
• Familiarity with Pacvue, Skai, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.
• Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems.
• Dynamic communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, with exposure to Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.
• Utilize and activate in Criteo for campaigns across supported retailers.
• Contribute to campaign design, testing frameworks, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Media Analytics team to support reporting and insights.
• Partner with the broader Client Solutions team to translate goals into platform strategies.
