Job summary

The Honest Company is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist, Retail Media, to lead retail media strategy and campaign management across Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart, working closely with our Senior Paid Media Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive growth and strong retail performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing retail media or performance marketing for a CPG company or agency.
• Proven track record of driving sales velocity, household penetration, and retail growth.
• Deep expertise across retail media platforms, especially Amazon Ads and others.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics tied to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Shape retail media strategy and campaign planning across Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart.
• Partner with external media agency to develop and optimize campaigns across search, DSP and display.
• Support investment planning, pacing and performance tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Own measurement against KPIs like ROAS, NTB%, TACOS, CVR and report results monthly.
• Build and execute test‑and‑learn plans for creative, bidding and audience.
• Align retail media plans with retailer priorities, launches and digital shelf initiatives.
• Drive incremental growth by identifying performance opportunities and optimizing strategy.
• Collaborate with Analytics to evaluate incrementality and business impact.
