The Honest Company is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist (Retail Media) to lead campaigns across Amazon and other retailers from our Minneapolis team. You’ll manage budgets, optimize spend, and drive growth with data-driven insights.

You will partner with agencies and internal teams to shape media plans, measure results, and test new approaches to boost ROAS, NTB, and overall performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience managing retail media or performance marketing for a CPG company or agency.

Aufgaben

• Shape retail media strategy and campaign planning across Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart, with emphasis on Amazon/Walmart.
• Partner with external media agency to develop and optimize campaigns (sponsored search, DSP, programmatic display).
• Own performance measurement against KPIs (ROAS, NTB, TACOS, CVR) and share insights and recommendations.
• Build test-and-learn plans and align media plans with retailer priorities and product launches.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Sales, Category and MarComm to drive growth and retailer alignment.
• Evaluate incrementality and stay updated on platform/industry trends.
