Swell Media is seeking an accomplished retail commerce and RMN leader to drive growth across 1P/3P on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and traditional retailers. You will own strategy, optimize ad spend, and mentor a hands-on team within Swell’s Digital Marketing group.

The role demands 10+ years in the field, a track record with major retailers, and a collaborative, player-coach leadership style. Hybrid work with strong client delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail commerce and marketplace management.
• Proven hands-on success with Amazon (1P/3P), Walmart (1P/3P), and Target (1P/3P).
• Experience running campaigns across multiple Retail Media Networks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategy across complex retail environments including major marketplaces.
• Lead marketplace relationships and mentor RMN specialists.
• Drive total commerce revenue growth and ad efficiency.
• Collaborate with DTC, Paid Social, and GTM teams.
