Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media to serve as the day-to-day platform lead for Target Roundel and Criteo on a major, high-visibility household brand account. This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the center of an account we are actively investing in and elevating.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically in retail media.
• Hands-on in-platform experience with Target Roundel (TPA / self-service) and Criteo.
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through.
• Proactive, senior-level self-direction and client leadership.
• Ability to connect platform activity to client objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Target Roundel and Criteo activation, including campaign structure and budgeting.
• Lead client management rhythm: agendas, status, risk flags, and follow-through.
• Present performance and insights to client stakeholders weekly and monthly.
• Ensure budget governance, pacing, flighting, and reconciliation.
• Translate retailer results into cross-retailer storytelling and recommendations.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and maintain campaign taxonomies and QA.
