Ian Martin Group is recruiting a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join a lubricants customer team in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on replenishment, forecasting, and inventory support for key accounts in a contract capacity, onsite in Bentonville.

The ideal candidate will own customer forecasts, collaborate across Supply Chain functions, and drive improvements to forecast accuracy and service levels. This is a 12-month contract with no guaranteed conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain experience with emphasis on strategic customer accounts.
• Experience in replenishment, demand forecasting, and CPFR with retail or wholesale customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and managing service-level expectations.
• Strong Excel skills for forecasting and analysis.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain support for assigned customer accounts, serving as the go-to contact for orders, inventory, or forecast.
• Build and manage customer forecasts and replenishment plans using Excel to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and forecast teams to align demand with supply.
• Monitor warehouse and DC inventory and track inbound/outbound freight to time orders.
• Lead customer meetings to review performance and future initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Manufacturing for a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for large strategic customers.
