Job summary

Road Ranger is seeking a Supply & Logistics Coordinator to support daily fuel supply, inventory management, and cost analysis for Road Ranger Travel Centers and wholesale customers. You will partner with suppliers, terminals, carriers, and the Vice President of Fuels to ensure reliable supply, accurate reporting, and efficient deliveries.

The role includes ERP/PDI data accuracy, pricing analysis, nightly sourcing in a team rotation, executive reporting, and creating dashboards in Power BI for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or fuel operations.
• Experience with ERP/PDI and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, analyze, and report daily fuel activity.
• Develop and maintain inventory, logistics, and cost reports.
• Schedule and monitor fuel deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, terminals, and carriers.
• Prepare analytics, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support ERP/PDI system accuracy.
• Participate in nightly supply sourcing.
