Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Retail Supply Chain Manager based in Bentonville, AR. This 12-month assignment focuses on leading strategic retail supply chain activity across large customer accounts within a refinery and chemical complex business.

You will drive operational excellence, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, logistics and manufacturing teams to support customer-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of supply chain management with strategic accounts.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing supply chains.
• Proven ability to meet service levels for large strategic accounts.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic retail supply chain activity for large accounts.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and growth.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for strategic customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics and manufacturing.
