• Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increase brand awareness.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance and ensure policy compliance.
