Dr. Squatch is hiring a Strategic Operations, Senior Manager at its Marina del Rey headquarters, the internal-consultant seat for a scented products company scaling across channels, categories, and countries at once. Strategic ops exists for the problems no single function owns: a cologne line entering new retailers, a factory expansion decision, an international launch sequence, exactly the growth junctures where fragrance-adjacent brands win or stall.

About the Role

The Senior Manager drives high-priority cross-functional initiatives: framing problems and building the analysis, running operating cadences and KPI reviews, pressure-testing expansion and efficiency opportunities, and landing recommendations with executives, then staying to execute. The portfolio shifts with the company's biggest current questions, from supply footprint to channel economics like those in our wholesale coverage .
