Job summary

Urban Edge Properties is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead retail real estate development and construction from concept to closeout. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and contract administration, ensuring alignment with tenant needs and community-focused initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, municipalities, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget while upholding company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, retail preferred.
• Exposure to various asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development and execution from concept through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules and budgets for retail development.
• Coordinate permitting, design, construction, and delivery with internal and external partners.
• Negotiate contracts, track costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface with tenants, designers, contractors, and municipalities to align project goals.
