Job summary

Urban Edge Properties is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead retail real estate development from concept through closeout, guiding planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, contract administration, and construction execution.

You will collaborate with tenants, municipalities, consultants, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with codes and company standards and alignment with community goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5–10 years of Commercial Real Estate Development experience required.
• Retail real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail real estate development and construction from concept to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, permitting, and construction execution.
• Coordinate with tenants, municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee contract administration and bid processes.
• Ensure projects meet codes, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
