Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design for complex projects and manage the full design process from concept through construction documentation.

You will collaborate with project teams, review deliverables, and contribute expertise in space planning, materials, and FF&E, driving creative, high‑quality outcomes. Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in commercial real estate required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited institution or related field; interior design certs optional.
• Space planning experience using Revit; strong time management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort of special or more complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in quality review of design deliverables.
• Contribute experience to the interior environment with space planning, materials, finishes, casework, furnishings, lighting, acoustics, wayfinding, ergonomics and occupant behavior.
• Execute full design process from initial sketch through start of construction.
• Work independently or with minor oversight on assignments including conceptual, schematic, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
• Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision.
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings.
• Provide extensive FF&E knowledge to the team.
• Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
