You will supervise a team of designers, mentor staff, and ensure high‑quality delivery across a high‑volume project portfolio.

The role blends client liaison with hands‑on production, requiring expertise in Revit, design standards governance, and applying IBC/ADA guidelines to complex spaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years design experience across multiple real estate formats.
• 5+ years Revit experience in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements for drawing review.
• NCIDQ certification or Architectural Licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design program management across client’s real estate types.
• Guide design direction, standards governance, and planning criteria.
• Mentor and manage the design team, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Perform rigorous QA/QC of test fits, space plans, and docs.
• Present concepts and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
