Job summary

Nike Inc is seeking a visionary senior retail design leader to elevate Partners Seasonless Retail across North America. You will oversee concept design, FF&E, and environment graphics, translating complex creative thinking into actionable direction for internal partners and external agencies.

You will work across wholesale, franchise, licensed stores, and shop-in-shop environments, driving design standards while leading multiple initiatives in fast-moving settings with a bold, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

10+ years of retail design, architecture, interior design, or experiential design leadership.
Awareness of trends in color, art, architecture and experience design, graphic design, and their application to sport.
Strong attention to detail and ability to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

Define seasonless and long-term Partners marketplace design strategy with Design Director.
Review designs at each stage and provide clear direction on concept, materiality, scale, FF&E, branding and environmental integration.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to unify design across Nike Direct and Partners executions.
Create compelling presentations to communicate strategy to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Travel 5–10% as needed to support high-priority marketplace installs.
