Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead end-to-end construction of new retail stores. You will oversee design-to-opening, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality retail experiences and sales growth.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale construction, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to Meta Retail sites. Competitive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• Multi-Project experience in large scale construction management, infrastructure, and/or retail construction.
• General knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration.
• Negotiation skills and experience providing solutions to problems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Retail Store.
• Manage the budget associated with the project.
• Negotiate vendor and contractor contracts and purchase orders as needed.
• Manage the schedule and associated risks to ensure reliable and predictable turnover dates.
• Coordinate needs and asks with the Procurement/Sourcing group(s) to support the needs of the Project.
• Promote prefabrication strategies and support pre-construction efforts.
• Develop cost savings solutions and identify project savings/underruns early.
• 50% travel to Meta Retail sites and respond to emergencies as needed.
