Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Multi-project experience in large-scale construction management, infrastructure, or retail.
• General knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration.
• Negotiation skills and experience solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Retail Store.
• Oversee the project budget and cost changes.
• Negotiate vendor/contractor contracts and purchase orders.
• Manage the schedule and risks to ensure reliable turnover dates.
• Coordinate needs with Procurement/Sourcing teams and vendors.
• Support pre-construction efforts and capital budgets.
• Promote prefabrication strategies and efficient turnovers.
• Travel up to 50% to Meta Retail sites.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
