Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Retail Banking Manager in Richardson, TX to lead and develop a team of Retail Banking Advisors. You will set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and coordinate professional development across locations.

The role requires expansive client service experience, retail banking know-how, and strong leadership. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

7+ years in client service and client-facing industries with supervisory experience.
Retail banking experience required; prior team leadership preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; finance/real estate knowledge welcomed.
Strong knowledge of bank operations, security protocols, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Banking Advisors; set clear expectations and provide feedback.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and coordinate development.
Recruit, onboard, and train new Officers; ensure product knowledge and system proficiency.
Monitor outbound calling activity; meet call volume and onboarding targets.
Oversee Digital Onboarding operations; ensure regulatory-compliant account setup and funding.
Escalate complex client issues; drive creative solutions and strengthen relationships.
Partner with senior leadership to ensure seamless client transitions and coordination.
Analyze team performance metrics using Power BI and Salesforce; report progress.
