What will you be doing?
As part of the North American Retail Analytics Group in the Global Retail Solutions team you will help expand our portfolio of clients by helping them to grow their business based on our solutions. There are two equally important components of this role. First you will provide critical support to the sales process by helping to create and present demo content that showcases the capabilities of our solutions. Second you will provide post sale implementation and go live support, ensuring our retail customers have everything they need to get the full value of the solution.
In this role you will be come an expert in Circana Retail Analytics solutions. You will work with the team to bring these solutions to life in demos, creating relevant materials and reports in our existing and under development products to share with our Retailers. You will also work cross functionally and act as a subject matter expert to manage the implementation of solutions once the sale is complete.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Support and Content Development
- Support Sales efforts
- Develop a deep understanding of Circana’s Analytic product portfolio and their application to retail clients to drive adoption of Global Retail Solutions products and services
- Create compelling client-ready content that is easy to understand, and digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets and solutions
- Manage and implement strategic approach to our clients, by developing relationships, understanding the client’s key initiatives, and bringing solutions to challenges and opportunities
- Articulate complex technical knowledge of Circana solutions in a simple impactful way
Implementation and Execution Support
- Train and develop client and lead them to leverage best-in-class reporting to answer business problems
- Problem solving during the project life cycle
- Identify areas of improvement and prioritizing based on company and/or client impact
- Works with peers and other departments to define and implement Best Practice initiatives
- Ensure quality of the project through building project scope, performing quality checks, tracking timelines, challenging results
Requirements
Functional Expertise and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, client services, or account management
- Demonstrate expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications within the Retail industry
- Experience with Circana solutions is required including building best of class Unify reporting
- Able to articulate complex technical knowledge of Circana solutions in a simple impactful way
- Advanced data visualization software experience (Unify, Tableau, Power BI, JavaScript, or other)
- Excel experience - Pivots, Formulas, Basic Macros
- Strong project management/organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementation timelines at once.

- Excellent Communication skills
- Client driven with a strong commercial appetite to develop the business with your clients and contribute to Circana revenue growth
- Ability to identify customer issues and matching them with appropriate Circana solutions
- Ability to build a rapport across functions and levels within an organization and to consult with clients to influence thinking
- Ability to manage client expectations

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
