Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Project Manager - Analytics and Digital Platforms for one of largest client in California. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing analytics projects and digital platform initiatives,

Develop and manage project boards, processes, and methodologies to ensure global analytics initiatives and support requests are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, meeting stakeholder expectations.

Create project plans, assign tasks, and oversee daily progress, ensuring timely execution and proactive issue escalation around scope, quality, or timeline risks.

Facilitate cross-functional communication around scope, budget, risk, and resourcing, ensuring alignment across impacted teams.

Maintain a centralized, transparent view of project status and progress for internal teams and business stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with:

• Data, Engineering, and third-party vendors to assess feasibility and timing of implementations
• Product Management to align with roadmap priorities
• Global stakeholders in Marketing, Tech, Label, and Business Operations

Operate effectively across multiple time zones with internationally distributed teams.

Establish and promote best practices to help the team consistently meet critical milestones across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally in product, digital marketing, Martech, or AdTech environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and enterprise Martech or data platforms
• Project Management skills and experience
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in analytics and digital platforms is a plus
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
• Project management certification preferred
