MGA Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Account Manager to oversee the full cycle of order management for a key retailer. You will lead a team, ensure accurate order processing, proactive issue resolution, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 5–10 years in account or order management, familiarity with retailer systems, ERP and order management software, and a track record of meeting OTIF targets in a fast-paced consumer

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in Account Management or related fields.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end order management for the retailer.
• Build and maintain relationships with Buyers, Planners, Analysts.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, fill rates, and short ships.
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements and EDI changes.
• Provide weekly status updates to Sales and Supply Chain.
• Develop SOPs and mentor Order Management Analysts.
