Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking an Account Manager to develop and grow retail partnerships and expand MGA’s presence into new categories. You will work with Walmart, Target, or ALT Channel teams and collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to drive forecasts and launches.

The role emphasizes curiosity, analytic thinking, and proactive execution to build profitable sales and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Exposure to national or regional retailers is an asset.
• Experience with Walmart, Target or similar retailers is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day customer relationships and progressively own accounts.
• Identify new doors and distribution opportunities beyond MGA’s current business.
• Prepare for retailer meetings, line reviews, and business reviews; follow up on commitments.
• Track priorities, competitive activity, and category trends; propose growth ideas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments.
