Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Project Manager for its Restraints Engineering team. You will connect supplier development, BOM maturity, engineering changes, and cost management into a single delivery plan.

You will partner with restraints engineers, suppliers, test teams, and manufacturing to meet milestones and ensure readiness for launches. The role requires cross-functional leadership, dashboard visibility, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Automotive industry experience, including lean manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build executable plans across resources, strategy, cost, and timing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications, including dashboards and metrics.
• A small amount of travel may be required to support suppliers, testing, builds, and operational teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery for Restraints Engineering, coordinating supplier development, BOM maturity, engineering changes, and validation.
• Own planning BOM readiness, part-number maturity, cost, and tooling impacts; input to budget and sourcing decisions.
• Translate validation plans into test-part requirements and ensure parts are specified, procured, built, and shipped for testing.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and escalation paths to drive timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional logistics across engineering, purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing to deliver domestic and international material flow for builds and tests.
